V&V House is a small adults-only retreat on a hillside above Agios Lazaros, where the Aegean stretches to the horizon. Named for its owners — Vasili and Vasiliki — V&V is their family's Mykonian home, opened each summer to a small number of guests — couples and solo travellers alike — who come for one thing above all: tranquility.
Three suites share the property. The Pool Suite sits on the main deck, directly off the infinity pool. The Hideaway Suite and Hideaway Deluxe are both dug into Cycladic stone below the deck — sheltered retreats with carefully framed sea views.
Fifteen minutes from Mykonos Town. Ten from the airport. The hillside itself is silent — V&V's terrace looks out over Aegean blue with only cicadas and sea breeze for soundtrack.
The Suites
Nero — Greek for water — sits on the main deck, directly off the infinity pool that runs to the edge of the property. Wake up, take a few steps, and you're in the water. Separate living area, private terrace facing the Aegean, rainfall shower, and complete acoustic privacy from the other suites.

Petra — Greek for stone — is V&V's most private retreat, built into the mountain a few steps further down and around a corner from the rest of the property. Three narrow openings cut into the Cycladic rock draw in Aegean light and a framed view of the horizon, while the stone itself preserves complete seclusion. Elemental, and profoundly tranquil.

Fos — Greek for light — is dug into Cycladic stone below the main deck and enclosed by a private stone wall, a sheltered retreat at the edge of the property. Its name comes from the soft Aegean light that finds its way inside; the rest is silence and seclusion.

Every stay includes a welcome champagne or cocktail and Greek mezze, fresh fruit and flowers in your suite, daily housekeeping, and breakfast on the terrace each morning. Adults only.
The Family
What sets V&V apart is the presence of a family on-site, full-time. Rose, Albert, and Joshua have looked after V&V for years, with the attention only a small home offers. They'll greet you on arrival, prepare breakfast each morning, and quietly take care of whatever your stay needs — from pressing the dress you bought for dinner, to driving you to a sunset taverna, to cooking a Greek meal at home when you don't feel like going out.
What we hope you take from a stay with us isn't just the views — though you'll have plenty of those. It's the feeling of being a guest in a real family's home, with everything you'd expect from a luxury hotel, and several things you wouldn't.

The Neighborhood
V&V House is in Agios Lazaros, on the hillside above Santa Marina, with the Aegean stretching to the horizon from the property's terrace. The location is one of Mykonos's quiet luxuries — sheltered, residential, and silent at night, but only minutes from the island's most coveted beaches and restaurants.
The property is accessed via a small mountain road. We recommend renting an automatic-transmission vehicle — or simply letting Joshua drive you anywhere on the island during your stay.

V&V sits in Agios Lazaros, about ten minutes from Mykonos Airport and fifteen from Mykonos Town. The property is reached via a small mountain road, so we recommend renting an automatic-transmission vehicle — or simply let Joshua, our driver, take you anywhere on the island throughout your stay.
That's the whole idea. Rose can cook lunch or dinner in the villa on request, Joshua drives you around the island, and we arrange beach club reservations, private boat charters, in-villa massages, and personal training. Just ask.
